At Rustik Paushtiq, we believe that health isn’t about eating less; it’s about eating right. Our journey began in the clinical practice of our founder, Dnyanada Chitale-Pusalkar. With over 16 years of experience as a clinical dietitian, Dnyanada noticed a recurring challenge: her patients struggled to find high-quality, nutritious, packaged food that didn’t compromise on taste or rely on chemical preservatives.
What started as custom recipes prescribed in a clinic evolved into Rustik Paushtiq. Today, we manufacture a wide range of “Clean Label” products—from Iron-Rich Dosa mixes to zero-oil Khakhras—all crafted under hygienic conditions to retain maximum nutritional value. We don’t just sell food; we offer a convenient way to manage diabetes, weight, and lifestyle disorders through the power of traditional grains and scientifically balanced proportions.

The Foundation
Began operations in a 500 sq. ft. rental space with a dedicated team of 2 workers.
Scaling Up
Expanded the facility to 1,500 sq. ft. and grew the team to 10 workers.

Going International
September : Successfully delivered our first international consignment
