1. General Information & Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. We strive to keep our inventory updated, but if an item is out of stock at the time of your purchase, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund for the total amount of your order.
2. Delivery Locations
We deliver to addresses across India and internationally.
- Note: Delivery is subject to the coverage areas of our shipping partners. If we are unable to deliver to your specific location, we will notify you and provide a full refund.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location and the weight of the package (especially for international orders).
- How to check: Add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. The shipping costs will be displayed automatically before you finalize your payment.
4. Delivery Timelines
- Processing: We make every effort to fulfill and dispatch orders within 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
- Shipping: Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking link. Please note that delivery estimates commence from the date of shipping, not the date of the order.
- Exceptions: We do not ship on Sundays. Delivery dates may vary due to carrier practices, delivery methods, or exceptional circumstances beyond our control.
- Consolidation: Large orders may occasionally arrive in separate shipments.
5. Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging our nutrition products, but if you notice any damage to the packaging upon delivery, please contact us immediately.
