1. Important Disclaimer
Please note that all concerns regarding products or shipping must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this window will not be entertained.
2. Returns and Refunds
- Eligibility: Returns or refunds are only applicable if you receive products that are damaged or tampered with during transit.
- Reporting: To initiate a claim, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt at rpaushtiq@gmail.com with clear images of the damaged product.
- Resolution: Our team will investigate the issue. If the product is found to be significantly damaged, we will arrange a replacement.
- Refunds: If a customer prefers a refund over a replacement, it will be processed within 7 working days.
- Title: DARP Nutrition Foods Private Limited does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our facility.
3. Order Cancellations
- Customer Cancellations: You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. To cancel, please contact our customer service at 1800139151 or email us at rpaushtiq@gmail.com.
- Company Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity or those that violate our Terms and Conditions. We maintain a record of fraudulent transactions and may deny future access to such accounts.
4. Grievance Cell
For a smooth resolution of any issues, please adhere to the following:
- Report concerns within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photographs of the product and packaging in question.
