With over 16 years of experience as a clinical dietitian, Dnyanada noticed a recurring challenge: her patients struggled to find high-quality, nutritious, packaged food that didn’t compromise on taste or rely on chemical preservatives.
What started as custom recipes prescribed in a clinic evolved into Rustik Paushtiq. Today, we manufacture a wide range of “Clean Label” products—from Iron-Rich Dosa mixes to zero-oil Khakhras—all crafted under hygienic conditions to retain maximum nutritional value. We don’t just sell food; we offer a convenient way to manage diabetes, weight, and lifestyle disorders through the power of traditional grains and scientifically balanced proportions.
