  1. Add pinch of salt, Hing (Asafoetida), red chilli powder, onion, coriander and other vegetables to flour.
  2. Add water slowly to knead flour, keep it aside for 10 minutes after kneading.  Make small balls, spread directly on pan by patting with fingers.
  3. Avoid extra oil to keep calories in check.
