  1. Add pinch of salt, Hing (Asafoetida), turmeric powder, green chilli , garlic paste, coriander and other vegetables according to taste.
  2. Add water to make the batter. Spread the batter over non-stick pan to make dosa.
  3. Cook on medium flame till colour turns golden brown. Cook from both sides. Serve with ketchup, curd or chutney.
